If you think this is a sendup of the British you’ve completely missed the point of the sketch . it’s a sendup of Asians who put on British airs and graces and reject their cultural background and homeland. (he’s called Dinesh Kapoor but styles himself “Denis Cooper”)

The racial stereotyping in this show was appalling. It wasn’t funny, it was degrading. If I ever met those actors in person I will spit in their faces for being a bunch of ass-licking sell-outs.

Goldstranadard, have you ever actually met anyone Indian? im Indian and i loved this show because nearly all of the ‘sketches’ where true.
Well you are in a minority, everyone else thinks they are hilarious and pick up on real life.

these 4 guys met up at college and compared their experience’s and behaviour of relatives and noticed all had the same , ie uncle who could get everything cheaper , mum kept big trunk in the bedroom , dad had gold tissue box on the back shelf of the car. and mad comedy show ,, thats it ! forget the racist crap .
