Also, [and i'm young, but criticism is welcome] plenty of politicians have said, during their runnings, they were going to solve certain problems and do certain things. but when they won the election did they keep their promises? No. why is Obama any different? he’s a politician, yeah he might have lied and said some thing he shouldn’t have said. but what politician doesn’t do that. McCain, and any other president, would have done the same thing.

Why do people think that Obama can do just what he wants like there isn’t checks and balances? He’s been in office barely a year and still have 3 more years…thats the problem with America we want instant gratification and hate waiting on things, damn.

In regards to American Idol/X Factor…
I’d have thought that The X Factor would replace AI, tbh :-S well, that’s what happened in the UK… like you say, you can’t have American Idol without him!!
The differences between the two is that a) The X Factor has a ‘groups’ category and b) each judge becomes a ‘mentor’ to each of the categories, and supports their own acts in those categories…
