I also hate Americas double standard.A black guy can insult a white guy and get away with it while if the roles were reversed it becomes a big issue.White people are also the biggest culprits.A black rappers who raps about poverty and bitches is labeled a gangsta rapper who is killing the community(i.eIce Cube)while a white guy who raps about the same thing cept he adds way more violence,homophobia,and uses more curse words than any black rapper sells 80 million and receives 7 grammys(i.eEminem)
Ok heres my opinion. It gets on my nerves when people use the term black music. Nearly every single genre (techno, rock, rap, house, pop music nowadays, rnb, blues, soul, jazz) was pioneered by a black person. I might also add that Chris Rock point is that music nowadays just sucks.Compare rock now to what it was in 1970 and you will see the difference.Techno is the biggest culprit.I listened to the first ever techno song and I almost threw a fit because atm techno is for the musically retarded.
